NotesContactExtractor is a client based tool that leverages existing Lotus Notes and Outlook client libraries to offer a simple Notes to Outllook contact migration capability. Contacts are moved from a names.nsf file to an Outlook PST file.

GMAIL Webmail Archiver saves GMAIL locally as MSG or EML files. It extracts email from an Outlook IMAP account setup to download GMAIL. The generated messages can be used with an email indexing product such as dtSearch®, copied to CDs/DVDs for general archiving purposes, used in EDD processing for litigation discovery purposes, used to migrate messages to an alternate local e-mail or webmail service, or just saved as insurance against data loss.

ForensicMailArchiver (FMA) creates MSG files from Outlook PST files. It extracts email, contacts, tasks, notes, calendar and journal entries. It operates in batch mode, converting all PST files placed in a user-selected operating system directory. FMA is valuable as a complementary product to a bulk document indexing product such as dtSearch, or as an efficient method to prepare Outlook items for archiving to CD/DVD media.
